Gilles and Thierry are happy to welcome you

In 2007, almost by chance, Gilles and Thierry spent several days on the Ile du Levant and fell under the unique charm of this little piece of heaven on earth.

After several visits, they could not stay away from it. They therefore decided to uproot their life and found a small hotel for sale (Les Yuccas) located on the pretty Corniche de l’Arbousier.

Being passionate about music and singing, they naturally decided to rename the place after the musical piece Youkali composed by Kurt Weill. This ode to an ideal Eden, far from everyday worries, was a good choice as Gilles and Thierry have lived a dream ever since...

Thierry has created, in 2011, the choir "Les Voix dans Levant" which gives some concerts a year. The choir integrates singers on holiday in the Levant. Thierry also organizes instrumental classical music concerts with visiting musicians.

Gilles has been president of the Soleil Levant Traders' Union from 2014 to 2017: communication focused on naturism, defense of the specificity of the Naturist Domain of Heliopolis to local communities, creation of the official Levant Island Facebook page, the account Instagram Ile du Levant, and #iledulevant . This new development has significantly increased attendance and given the Levant its recognized place in the world of naturism.
